How to Search for, Request, and Manage Your Child's Care

CYS makes it easy for military Families to find and request child care through MilitaryChildCare.com (MCC), a one-stop online system for accessing on-base and off-base care options. 

Step 1: Create an Account

  • Go to MilitaryChildCare.com and set up a Family profile
  • Enter details about your child care needs, location, and preferred options

Step 2: Search for Child Care

  • Use the system to find full-time, part-time, hourly, or before-/after-school care at your installation
  • Review available Child Development Centers, Family Child Care, School Age Centers, and community-based options

Step 3: Request Care and Join the Waitlist

  • Submit a request for your preferred care option
  • If no immediate openings are available, you will be placed on the waitlist and notified when space opens up

Step 4: Manage Your Requests

  • Log in anytime to update your request, check your waitlist status, or modify your child care preferences
  • Keep your contact information current to ensure you receive important updates
