Description: Annual Training required to receive access to government computers and intranet.
Frequency: Annual
Log In Method/Accessibility: None for the site. Once you log into the computer with a CAC, you can access it. No user name or password required. You do HAVE to be on a military machine. You cannot access from non-military machines.
Special Instructions: The AUP has to be uploaded to ATCTS.

Description: Learn to recognize hazards in the workplace, report the hazards, and abate these hazards with appropriate professional safety assistance. This course is not a requirement for everyone. Please ask your supervisor if you need to take it.
Frequency: One time requirement for CDSOs

Special Instructions: Look on the right side of the page for the “Most Requested” section. Click Online Training. Scroll to ALMS, click on the green “Launch ALMS" button. Operation Excellence (OPEX Initial) Training
Description: This course is an essential part of on-boarding new team-members, setting the standard and foundation of success for world-class customer service delivery. OPEX Initial is offered in two modalities, either of which satisfies the year-one OPEX training requirement: (1) Residential Classroom OPEX taught onsite at garrisons, or (2) Online OPEX available immediately and on-demand at the link above. Either the residential or online OPEX course should be completed within a new employee's first 30-90 days of employment.
Frequency: Within 90 days of hire
Log in method/accessibility: Please see your supervisor for date and times of available Face to Face training. Online version available through above link with user name and password.
Operation Excellence (OPEX Refresher)
Description: Family and MWR provides opportunities for the workforce to refresh their skills every year in customer service delivery. A variety of smaller targeted training topics are available to meet the individual needs of learners and facilities. These smaller courses are offered in several modalities: (1) Self-Paced Online tutorials, (2) "Training-in-a-box": meeting materials and activities for direct manager delivery to staff, and (3) Team-based small targeted workshops by Service Culture Educators (SCEs) directly at the facility level. Any of these modalities satisfy the annual customer service training requirement for frontline staff.
