Student Responsibilities:
1. Complete the course with a final grade of C or higher.
2. Students who drop out or do not meet the grade requirement may be required to reimburse the garrison for the tuition cost. (amount determined by date of withdrawal). See table to determine drop dates and costs. Your local garrison funds manager will determine how repayment is to be made.
3. Students are responsible for purchase of textbooks and other class-related materials.
How to purchase books. Find required TEXTBOOKS here.4. Students who do not remain in CYS employment for 180 days following completion of course may be required to reimburse the garrison for the tuition cost. Your local garrison funds manager will determine how repayment is to be made.
5. Within 4 days of course completion, complete the online survey for the course you took (links below). This is not the same as any survey your CTC instructor may give you. This is exclusively for CYS and is a requirement of all scholarship recipients.

Steps to apply for the program

SPRING SEMESTER APPLICATIONS:
2. Turn in completed scholarship application to your trainer/director who then will submit to IMCOM Europe on your behalf. In general, trainers will want your application no later than 7 days PRIOR to the deadline on the application. Check with your trainer for local scholarship application deadlines.
*Trainers may set local due dates. Dates shown for "App due to Trainer" are recommended dates. Please confirm your due date with your local trainer.
3. Apply for financial aid through FAFSA. (May cover book costs or additional classes.) You will need to know CTC's Federal School Code: 004003. If you already have completed a FAFSA for this year, you do not need to do it again.
4. Once notified by your trainer/director that you qualify for the CYS scholarship, you will need to complete a CTC Application for Admission. You do not need to apply if you already have been admitted to CTC Europe. You must include your HS diploma date, SSN and your degree plan.

CTC hard copy Application for Admission- can be completed with CTC office.
5. Enroll in the class for CTC by completing a CTC registration form . Contact your local CTC office with any questions. In some locations CTC personnel will contact you or come to your location to enroll multiple employees.
CTC Registration is online once you have enrolled. You can also do a paper application with CTC directly.

Location, Dates and Times
Classes are a hybrid of face-to-face and online instruction. In some instances, an all online training may be optional or the only available option. Specific days, times, and locations of face-to-face classes are determined locally. Contact your CYS Trainer or local CTC POC for more information. SPRING 2018: Location/date/time/instructor list ( If your installation is not listed, refer to WEBB online class)
